incorporated in the year 1995 with a clear cut goal to bring its customers the
best quality Taper Roller, Spherical Roller, Self Aligning and Deep Groove Ball Bearings.

Quality Control
Quality has always been an integral part of our
organisation. We conduct 100% inspection of all raw material
and our in process inspection includes
checking for dimensional and metallurgical
parameters . Tolerances on our bearings confirm to ISO, DIN and
AFMBA standards. Constant research and development in the fields of miniaturization
and friction ensures that HRG Bearings enjoys technical leadership in these technologies.
Technical Introduction
We manufacture bearings on world renowned machines i.e.
Grinder, Cincinnati, Landis, Bryant, Heald, Osakasakay, Hmc, Zanibdni etc. For checking geometrical parameters such
as concentricity, parallelism and circular runout, we use Tallyrond and Tallysurf equipments.
HRG manufacture bearings from SAE52100 grade of steel and confirms to relevant ASTM standards. Apart from it Steel balls used in the assembly of the bearings confirm to AFMBA grade 10.Manufacturing
HRG
Bearings Ltd. has a well equipped plant with installed capacity of 2 Million Bearings per
annum. The manufacturing process includes a series of operations viz. 100% Material testing, Soft machining, Heat treatment, Grinding, Super finishing, Assembling, Inspection and packaging.
All the components & bearing assembly passed under strict quality
specifications & stringed quality control procedures, HRG ensures that
dimensional & running accuracy consistently confirm to highest standards.
