Sharda Mechanic Works Pvt. Ltd' started their manufacturing activities since 1960 and during this period, they have been implementing the latest technology in their grinding machines. They have so far have developed number of grinding machines and one of the machine is in technical collaboration with CMTI (Central Manufacturing technology Institute, Banglore), which have been proved blessing for mass production industries and Tool Room. DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF MODEL 80 INTERNAL GRINDER

• Highest quality stress relieved castings ensure a great rigidity and prolonged accuracy

• Two tables (i.e. longitudinal table and feed table) mounted on hardened prisms and prestressed rollers.

• Work spindle running in special high precision taper roller bearings

• Grinding wheel head mounted on longitudinal table without cross slide, ensuring maximum rigidity

• Entire machine is lubricated by oil mist

• Variety of belt driven spindle. Change over of the spindle is easy and less time consuming. Maintenance of this spindle is easy. (optional : oil mist lubrication belt driven spindle high frequency water cooled grinding spindle {Internal motor construction}).

• Extra sensitive feed control permitting separate progressive adjustment of roughing and finishing feed

• Possibility to equip the machine with an electronic sizing device for direct measurement during grinding
